Is legal counsel for Mexican and foreign corporations dealing with corporate matters. She is an associate of the law firm Gallástegui y Lozano , S.C. , which joined Holland & Knight LLP in 1998. Prior to joining such firm, Ms. Cesarman worked in the Mexican Consulate in Chicago , Illinois . She graduated with honors from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and studied a semester course on race and gender and comparative law at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her work in legal matters has made her aware of the necessity of finding alternate negotiating means outside of the legal courts.
