For almost 24 years her professional performance has been addressed to family therapy, training in institutions and private consulting. The last years she has dedicated to the study, investigation and practice of family mediation in diverse institutions.
She is a conciliating-mediating attorney and trainer in the Alternate Justice Center of the Supreme Court of Justice of the State of Sonora with offices in Hermosillo in the family, criminal, criminal-disputes, community, civil and mercantile areas.
She is a social worker, licensed in law, family therapist and mediator. She has studies and specializations from PNL, social security, brief therapy and ethnic groups. Mediation courses from ABA-USAID and Freedom House . She has also carried out courses in legal anthropology and mediation.
What she has learned from the whirlwind of her professional formation and experiences, is to observe and respect the individual's narrative, as well as the different styles with which each person manages conflicts and emotions, without loosing their identity. |
